We do our best to give sizing information on each of our items, but sometimes things fall through the cracks. If you receive an item and wish to exchange:
- Find your product on our website and purchase a new one if it is still available. This is the fastest way to get you your new product
- Click on this link: Returns Form to get started on your return.
- Box up or bag your items and be sure to include the email confirmation or the packing slip that was with your original order
- Return the item to: PenaltyBox RETURNS, 15 Union St. Ste 500, Lawrence, MA 01840 or use the shipping label you purchased by clicking on the above link.
- Once we receive your item and check the condition of it, we will process your refund for the initial order
The cost of shipping the item back to us will be your responsibility.
Wrong Size or Item:
Woops, first - our apologies. If you receive the wrong item or wrong size, please contact customer support at, email@example.com, with your order number and we will start the process of getting your items shipped back to us and a new one shipped out to you.
Defined as items that arrive defective out of the box. If this is the case, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and include a picture of the defective item. We will work on getting you a new product as soon as we can.
PenaltyBox accepts returns with a payment refund for any reason for up to 14 days on all unused merchandise. We will also accept returns for store credit from day 14 - 30. An unused item is defined as an item in the original unopened package with no scuffs, stains, dirt or other marks that would show use. If your item shows any use, you will only be eligible for store credit. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
PenaltyBox will send a shipping label if the item is defective or the wrong size was sent. If you are looking to return an item for other reasons, you are responsible for shipping back to us.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to receive and inspect the item. Once the return is processed a credit will be made to your credit card. Please allow up to 7 business days for this to reflect in your account.
